Ronald Luwangula holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Klagenfurt, Austria (2015), a Msc. in Social Work and Human Rights from Gothenburg University, Sweden (2012), and a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University, Uganda (2007). Currently he is a part time lecturer at Makerere University, Department of Social Work and Social Administration. Since 2007, he has actively and extensively participated in basic and action research cutting across maternal and child health, disability, sexual and reproductive health, gender based violence, orphans and vulnerable children, human rights, education, social and community development. Furthermore, he has participated in strategic programming and planning for civil society organisations and government agencies. Since 2015, he is a member of the Disability & Technology research group.
