30.09.2014D&T receives 'Swiss-African kick-starting projects' grant from the University of Basel

Disability&Technology receives a 'Swiss-African kick-starting projects' grant of 10'000 Swiss francs from the Global Affairs department of the University of Basel. The research group applied for funding of three kick-starting workshops to foster the collaboration of our Ugandan and Swiss researchers. The grant partly funds travel and subsistence for the winter school 'Research methods' (December 2014), the summer school 'Pilot projects' (June 2015) and the winter school 'First results' (January 2016).
